Just the Essentials

Designed to be lightweight and style agnostic, Kraken includes just the essentials.

With Kraken-Sass you have the added power of Sass.

Kraken-Sass is a conversion of Kraken to Scss with some extra awesome sauce inside of the config file at /scss/lib/_config.scss and some more magic in /scss/lib/_mixins.scss and /scss/lib/_grid.scss Take a look see!.

CSS Reset

Ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Responsive Grid

A responsive, mobile-first 6-column grid.

Typography

A well-designed, fluid typographic scale.

Buttons

Easily style links and more with CSS3 classes.

Forms

Basic styling for common form elements.

@extend Power

Every Css .class in Kraken has a corresponding %placeholder in Kraken-Sass. This way you can @extend any Kraken class in your Scss!

Kraken Modules

The Settings for all the Kraken core modules above are inside of _config.scss in the /lib dir. You can adjust the settings for all the Kraken modules including most of the add-ons (more add-ons settings coming soon...)

All the different parts of Kraken have been converted to _partials inside of /lib. You can easily adjust what you import from Kraken.scss.

Kraken Add-ons

Most of the addons are included in the /addons dir. You can easily adjust which addons you import from Kraken.scss. All of the _partials for the add-ons that are available, are included in the /scss/addons dir.
